Note: I am re-reviewing ALL of the services I originally reviewed regarding paid-to-be-online opportunities because they are outdated and now inaccurate. For more information on these programs, visit my epinions website or my homepage link on the left of this review.

Well, my last update of Cashsurfers included the December payout, so I guess another review is in order. The July payout rate is 14 cents an hour. Now, in December, I was aghast that the rate was 10 cents per hour. But now, at 14 cents an hour, I say Cashsurfers is still one of the better adbars out there.
Thus, one of two things must have occured. Either there was massive deflation of the dollar, or my outlook on PTS bars has changed. Well, it was the latter, and here's why: Cashsurfers rates may be somewhat low, but they are a reliable website who has sent me several checks, they release their payout information and statistics on a regular basis, and most importantly, they are still going strong without any signs of folding.
What a fool I was back in December. Any website with a flashy per hour website caught my eye as a good program. I learned my lesson the hard way -- AllAdvantage, the pioneer of the 50 cent per hour payout, has reduced rates to a laughable sum, forcing people into its sweepstakes program. Mvalue, also once paying 50 cent per hour, is no more. Bepaid, once promising 20 dollar per hour (!!) has barely come through with pennies.
Now I realize that Cashsurfers is a good program because they are steady and reliable, and since they are revenue based, they should not go out of business because we only earn a percentage of what they earn. Hopefully, Cashsurfers will stick around long enough to see their payout rates continue to increase as the big promising pts programs continue to bite the dust.
