Was the Lord's Prayer..."lead me into temptation" I thought I found a route to employment heaven and realistically I believe that I would have a better chance with the "will work in small cubicle for food" sign.
Pros, that I could discern from the many visits, all the big dogs seem to have offerings here. Cons: (note taking optional)
Posting correspondence is not always directed to a real name person that you can effectively follow-up with, ie. barnerdtaber@megacorp.gum, and when you do post a resume there is almost no way to display the charisma or enthusiasm that your prospective employer would desire. Many resumes that I submitted were not even given a thank you response, as if to say "who do you think you are fooling" would be the leering HR director's attitude.
One company with which I sought a posted position from, did not allow me to even use an insider to follow up on my submission. Now the position, required an effective communicator and yet there was no real communication from them except to say "we will contact you should we desire further information". (cold communication)
If you are motivated and have some real assets to offer get up, get out and send the e-board members a statement that life is still best lived and worked through the use of interpersonal skills, genuine goal setting, and drive.
