Imandi.com is a site with two "purposes". First, you earn a referral fee for everyone you can get to sign up. Then you use that fund to buy goods and services from their merchants. Nice concept.
Problem is, you don't get "paid" until your referrals activate their account. That seems to be too complicated of a process for most people to handle. Then, you put in a bid request and merchants bid for your business. At least, that's the way it's supposed to work. I've earned over $100 in referral fees but can't get any merchants to respond to me. No, I take that back. Two have. One said, sorry can't help you. The other was so overpriced it was embarrassing. I've given up on even requesting bids a few times because they want such detailed information. Things like the perimeter of your yard for a fence. I feel that measurements should be up to the contractor.
I hear my fund gets zeroed out at the end of the year. Sure hope I can find SOMETHING to spend that money on.
