A few months ago I ordered a DVD player through mobshop. All in all it took about 2 months to get to me. First I ordered and it took about 4-5 days just to process. Then they say its going to ship on a Monday. I call wednesday and they say it is on backorder and it is going to ship on Friday via Fedex(upgrade due to their delay), I call friday and they tell me that it was shipped already on Tuesday. I call next week and they tell me that mine is lost and they will re-ship asap. The next week comes and so on and so on. Everytime I called I was on hold for up to 20 minutes. I had to explain my story everytime and they would look into it. No one ever
knew what was going on. After a month I emailed them to cancel my order and then I got some canned reply, we are sorry, your order will be shipped momentarily. They completely disregarded my email. After about 2 months I finally got it. You'd think that they would of given me a discount out of it. Nope. That is the last time I ever buy from them.
