If you have a gift buying situation, and you're not quite sure what to get, take a look over at FTD.com. They have more than just flower arrangements to send.
In each category on the site (for example: birthday, mother's day, get well soon, etc.), there are excellent choices for gifts such as flower arrangements, fruit baskets, balloons, teddy bears, chocolates, and coffees. You can also choose the size of your gift of flowers (as pictured, deluxe for $10 extra, or premium for $20 extra).
Ordering online is simple. Just have all your information ready so you can fill out the form completely. And if you leave something out, make a mistake that you realize later, or just need to add something about the order, you can make the correction right on the website.
My direct experience: I needed something sent to my mother for her birthday, so she would know I didn't forget. Looking through the pages and pages of items at FTD.com, I found a beautiful arrangement called FTD® Sunburst® Bouquet. For $29.99 plus $6.99, it was a wonderful gift. She loved it.
The order arrived as scheduled without any problems. They followed my directions perfectly (her office is in an odd location), and got her flower arrangement to her before noon.
I will certainly use FTD.com again for my next hard-to-decide gift needs.
