I am a big online auction person and I cane across Bid Bay to see what they had to offer me. Many people say that this site is (or is going to be) e-bay's greatest competition. Bid Bay is very similar to most online auction sites where you can browse from many categories and search for products that private people have up for auction. One reason why I signed up was for the free T-shirt they gave away which is bribery but I'll take anything for free! Even though I do browse through their auction listings every so often now, I don't care to use it that often for a couple of reasons. Most of all is the selection. It just isn't big enough to be a major auction site yet. Most of the time I browse through and don't find anything because there isn't anything to see! However that can be a good thing because there also isn't many people trying to out bid you so you can get a good deal quite often. It would be a lot better if they would offer web space to post pictures. There aren't enough pictures in the ads that have been placed. It is worth a try though. If you get lucky, you may find a great deal!
