After using Priceline.com as my first internet purchase about one year ago, a bad taste was left in my mouth and I was reluctant to use the internet again to purchase tickets. However, since we would be flying with my 18 month old and we wanted her to be in a car seat, we knew we would have to buy a separate seat and it was going to be expensive.
First of all, I found their site to be very easy to navigate and understand. I e-mailed them a few questions and they got back to me quite promptly. Second, they by far found me the cheapest flights of all the internet sites I had tried(lowestfare,cheaptickets,etc.) For two adults and one infant(in a separate seat), it cost $700 for round trip tickets from California to Arkansas. All of the other sites couldn't find me tickets for less than $1200. My credit card was charged within one day and I received my e-ticket info the next day. The itinerary was clear and easy to understand as well. I will definately use flycheap.com for our next visit to grandma and grandpa.
