I've completed Greenfield Surveys for some time now and while the surveys are interesting and quite available (new surveys EVERY time you log on) I have yet to receive any kind of response or acknowledgment that I have completed one. I know that completing a survey entitles you to an entry to win in a "sweeps" for various prizes (different amounts for different surveys), but I feel a little "left hanging", especially since one survey completed led to another for, guess what? A sweeps entry...
Customer service has not been contacted. Their site has loaded without errors to date (that is a plus, granted) and it is easily manipulated.
So, if you have patience, much of it, join and complete surveys, at least your opinion and statistics are "heard". If you don't, well then this site/service is not for you. You're better off with another.
I'm still waiting to reap benefits, once I do, I will then update this review or write another. Keep your eye out! Smile
