Although this may be the "powerhouse" of online recruiting sites, I still see some some inherent problems with it. For one, it is not that easy to navigate. You still find yourself paging back and forth, trying to find what you're looking for. Second, what an UGLY site! I mean, come on, couldn't their designers do a little better than this? If I'm going to spend a lot of time on any given site, I expect it to be aesthetically pleasing. This site does nothing for me visually. Third, as I believe one other reviewer mentioned, this site seems to offer a bunch of the same jobs over and over again. Now, I don't know if this is the fault of the site itself, or of the subscribing companies. I think though that HotJobs should be a little more diligent about cleaning up the database on a regular basis.
