Ordered 50" plasma t.v. online.  Shipped promptly at no charge.  Received helpful/useful emails from Vann's.com relating to shipping details and what to do when arrives.  Box arrived in good condition and promptly.  Customer service was excellent.  Very satisfied.  Would highly recommend.

Excellent Velodyne VX-10B addition to my previous speaker purchases from Vann's. Ordering was easy, even though I entered an erroneous number. Your site caught it well and everything turned out o.k. Good customer support; although, in my replies to your agent, I think my REPLY was kicked back, perhaps without your employee reading it. You may want to check that possibility. Double boxing for shipment was well-done... thanks. Will shop at Vann's FIRST always in the future. Hope Mr. Vann had a great birthday. Keep up the quality ethic he instilled.

First time ordering with Vanns. Very pleased with the price and service. Placed order on Sunday at 11 AM and received item Wednesday. If that's not service, then I don't know what service is. Price was great along with the free shipping. I have them as one of my favorits and WILL be buying from the again. Thanks Vann's

i purchased a jvc 61FH97. shipping through yellow was quick and vanns sent the product out within 24 hours. it was 77 cents above the lowest price including shipping and came with a free harmony remote or an upconverting dvd recorder for an extra $50. Called in twice to ask a few questions and reached someone immediately the first time and less than a minute the second time.

I recently purchased a digital camera from Vanns and everything having to do with the process was excellent. The Vanns Rep (Jay) was very polite, knowledgeably answered all of my questions, did not try to sell me any extras, and made me feel like a valued customer. The camera was delivered to me across the country in six days and the shipping was free. If you have ever ordered from one of those East Coast stores, you will be very pleasantly surprised with how much different, and how much better it is dealing with Vanns.

My experience with Vann's customer service was not good. I ordered a product on line the night before Easter, quickly changed my mind, and within an hour of ordering I left a message on their customer service line to cancel the order. On Monday, after they had been open for about 4 hours, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. They refused to pay for the return shipping. Their customer service people were polite, and their shipping was fast, but they refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. One supervisor even made suggestions that perhaps I had not actually left a message. I won't be shopping with them again.

On 1/3/2008 I ordered an Onkyo 705 receiver from Vanns and was immediately charged the next day on my credit card. After my card was charged they informed me the item was not in stock. I requested cancellation of my order... suddenly Customer Service is now absent and will not respond to my e-mails or credit my charge card. After numerous e-mails to Vanns - still no resolution. I still have not received the product! I still have not had a credit applied to my credit card! And still no responses to my e-mails as of 1 15/2008. Run as fast as you can away from this company!! Yes their prices may be less on the onset, and some may have good results. I for one will NEVER order anything from this company again and warn everyone I know!!

I could not believe how quickly I received my item! I got several emails about my order and even a quick and easy way to track it!

I ordered an Onkyo 7.1 home theatre speaker system pack recently. Not only did Vann's have the ABSOLUTE lowest price on the system, but I received it in only 2 days! By far an excellent product at an UNBEATABLE price, SUPERIOR customer service and the FASTEST shipping imaginable!! I only wish we had a Vann's outlet where I live! I will certainly check them first when I need to shop for electronics!

Outstanding!  Ordered two Samsung LCD TVs (52" and 32") on Monday, they were gracing our home in San Antonio Friday afternoon.  Ordering was straightforward, items were exactly as described and work beautifully.  I will definately use Vanns again!

I have purchased numerous items here. Omnistat speakers and Onkyo all in one home theater system as an example. They are friendly, fast and excellent shipping/packing. The deals are incredible too and always competitive! In fact they have matched prices. I will now shop them exclusively if they carry what I want.
