HL-P5063 screen, I am very impressed and feel comforted that my money was well spent.

Vanns.com outperformed what I expected. for the price, the service and quick delivery way exceptional. I order my TV on a Wed. and received it on Sat. Wonderful!

I was a little hesitant to make such a big purchase over the internet. So, I researched the internet for the company with the best price and best reviews and Vanns won my business. Although a couple buck higher than the lowest, the piece of mind I had was well worth it. I still paid 20% less than the local big chain electronic stores in the end.

My 1st experience ordering something this expensive ($2300.00 TV) at an on line store. I can say without a doubt Vanns is a terrific on line merchant...customer service people were very helpful and friendly (something I can't say about some of the other rude NY/NJ sales people at other on line stores I had contacted b/4 my decision to buy... communication was great...shipping super fast...product arrived without a hitch. I would shop there again without a doubt or worry.

These guys are great. Not the absolute lowest price on the Internet (although very competitive) but their impeccable reputation (which I researched thoroughly) and superb customer service prior to ordering got them my business. Once I placed my order, I received several sequential emails letting me know where my order was in the process, from approval to shipping. I love that! I ordered an LCD flat panel TV on Friday morning and it was on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon. That's four days from Montana to Florida by commercial freight, including a weekend, and free shipping -- wow! I was impressed! The delivery driver was courteous and helpful, and the TV arrived in perfect shape. Vann's is a top-drawer company to do business with. I would recommend them without hesitation and will do business with them again!

Last year, I ordered a Sony 40" LCD television from Vann's that also arrived via motor freight without a hitch. Great prices, no tax, no shipping fees, friendly customer service/support. I ordered a Panasonic DMC-FZ28K digital camera from Vann's. It was the first time I had dealt with them. Their delivery speed was phenomenal! I place my order on a Monday night so they got it on Tuesday morning. Thursday morning, two days later, the camera was delivered to my doorstep in SW Washington State. They kept in touch with e-mails so I knew exactly what was going on. The order was exactly as I requested and I found their website very easy to navigate on. I am very pleased with my first experience with Vann's and I will definitely deal with them again.

I did a lot of research before I bought my digital camera (Panasonic Lumix FZ18) and Vanns.com had great reviews, the best price, no sales tax and free shipping so I decided to check them out. Their website was easy to use, had great descriptions of the products and the price of the camera was a lot lower than anywhere else I checked. I was even able to order a package deal with flash card, extra battery and camera case for the same price I would have paid at my local stores for the camera alone before sales tax. I was impatient, so I paid the $10.31 to get 3 day select shipping. I placed my order over the weekend, was approved and shipped out on Monday afternoon. I was supposed to receive my order on Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on Wednesday morning! Everything I ordered was there and in great condition. I am very pleased with the service I've gotten and will definitely order from Vanns.com again!

The prices were unbeatable. Everything was cheaper then any store big or small. The only down fall was trying to find products. They give no way to sift through the thousands of products they have to offer. You can't sort by price, size, or any of the other things that would make your shopping experience faster and easier on your eyes. Other then that the store is great!

Vann's had the best price on the Onkyo CD player by far. I saved $40.00 over Circuit City, which had the next best price. The website is fast, complete, and easy to use. Extremely fast order processing and shipping. I ordered it Wednesday morning and it was in my hands, connected, and playing by Friday afternoon. And the shipping was free. Awesome! Vann's is highly recommended. You can't go wrong.

Price was excellent. The order was shipped promptly. However, I ended up not needing the item and wanted to return it after Christmas. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get through for a week. Its a bit frustrating especially after listening to their recording telling me again and again how great their service is. Well I disagree. It shouldn't be this hard to get an RMA.
