We purchased a 50" DLP television from Vann's. Needless to say I was a little leery about buying something so expensive from an Internet store, but we couldn't be happier with our experience. The TV came 4 days after I ordered it. The box was absolutely perfect - not a scratch on it. The freight driver brought the TV into my house and waited until I inspected it before leaving. Everything was just as advertised at Vann's. In fact, the price of the TV went down by $150 10 days after we got ours, and Vann's has refunded us the difference with no problems. They have been very helpful and professional with all of our questions. I would highly recommend them and have done so to many friends.

Excellent, I ordered a 46" TV late Wednesday and the TV arrived the following Monday. The shipping was free and they didn't call to try and upsell warranties, accessories or other garbage like many other companies do. Would definitely do business with them again.

I was looking for a low price on a Panasonic camera but was turned off by all the reviews of agressive internet camera stores with deceptive tactics, until I found Vann's.  The reviews were amazing after what I'd seen and they had the best price of any store that had the slightest appearance of being legitimate.

So I ordered it, it was shipped the next day, and tracking the free shipment was been unbelieveably easy - all you do is click on the tracking number in their "it's shipped" e-mail and the item's travels through Fed-X pop up immediately. Amazing.

I hope that I will need something else they sell.  The site is laid out well and everything makes sense. I am 100% satisfied, and it's a great camera too.

Customer Service was great. Called them to ask a couple questions before I placed my order and they were very friendly and helpful. I ordered 50" plasma from Vann.com on Monday morning Jul-30th, The delivery man knocked on my door on Thursday. (Super fast shipping). The plasma TV was accidently felt on the truck floor. I rejected the shipment, called customer service and they told me no problem, They'll send me another one.(excellent service). By monday Aug-6th I received my plasma TV and it worked great. I recently ordered a combination of a Panasonic 50" Plasma TV and a Toshiba DVD recorder. My wife works for a company that has an employee purchase plan with Panasonic directly, but it didn't even have the model we wanted listed and a lower 50" one they did have in the same line was over a thousand dollars more than the one we ordered from Vann's (some program huh?). I ordered it from Vann's because I live in Colorado which is close to them and I figured that it would be delivered quicker, which it was, and because of their great price. Both products were delivered on the same day in great shape. My wife and I had both working in a couple of hours. Great company to deal with and I would have no hesitation to deal with them again. I even called their customer service to clarify something and they answered on the second ring and had the answer for me immediately.

Truly the best of online shopping. Fast approval, shipping, and response to any questions. Staff is nice and very professional. I have be researching DLP televisions for a couple of months. When I found Vann's and their great pricing I knew it was time to buy. The TV arrived faster than estimated and in perfect shape. I will buy all electronics from them from now on and will refer friends and family.

vann's has consistently been one of the companies that i have gone back to on the internet. there prices have been fair and the ordering process is easy and carefree. i'm looking forward to doing business with them again.

When searching for our particular TV we found Vanns.com and saw on the web site that the item was new and not yet in stock but that they would notify us by email when it arrived. Within a few days we received an email notifying us it was in stock, and after ordering the TV we promptly had both order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking # emails sent to us. The TV, free promo universal remote, and additional accessory ordered all arrived within nine days and are operating perfectly. Their price wasn't the very cheapest we found offered but for the couple hundred difference the ease of ordering and professionalism offered by Vanns.com was well worth it in our opinion.

I'm not one to make dramatic reviews. Using the site was as simple as most, nothing particularly special. The price I paid was NOT the best, but that isn't what is most important, after all good price with no availability, or issues with shipping, etc. make for less than a bargain. They placed my item in another box, thankfully since the outer box got damaged. Fortunately the monitor I ordered was undamaged and works fantastic. Dealing with companies live Vanns.com helps restore ones confidence in on-line shopping.

I purchased a large home theater system from Vann's. Excellent prices (I shopped it hard), and great product information/specs. Communication from Vann's was excellent, shipping flawless and the product arrived exactly when expected. Great service. I just returned to purchase a digital camera. The web site is easy to navigate. Vann's offers great deals in bundled packages, well worth the look.
