Pros: Healthy, realistic, produces long-term fat loss/muscle gain, and low cost Cons: Follow exercise religiously (although not difficult to do) and remember to carry around snacks
I gained 50 pounds from my pregnancy and had not lost it until i started this program... I like the emphasis on the weight training as it produces sculpting effects and the 'tightness' feel from the work outs is very motivating. I recommend this...

Pros: It is based on sensible principles: exercise and a healthy diet -- and it works. Cons: Cost of shakes (only way I found to get 6 meals a day)

Pros: The right approach to a 'diet' Includes exercise and nutrition. Great motivation. Cons: A little too light on the 'technical' side. Might have to dig for more info.

The way to lead a healthy fit life

Pros: SIMPLE, EASY, EFFECTIVE Cons: WAKING UP AT 6 IN THE MORNING FOR CARDIO, MYOPLEX SHAKES
Good book ! Made it simple and gave me ideas. I started using it but went a step further and instead of looking at it like a 12 week program I broke it down into a weekly routine. I noticed instant slimming down .... I have a lot of fat but a fair amount of muscle too and suddenly felt lighter and smaller but my weight stayed same which shows that I lost fat but no muscle. My arms were still as big when pumped and I could still bench as much as before.
Overall this is a good program. Simple and effective !
Use it like it should be and you will be happy ...
