One of my friends is over-weight and goes to a program for it. One of the most healthy ways she found to lose weight was Diet Fuel. It takes around 8 grams of fat out of the food you eat. All you have to do is pop 2 of the pills in your mouth, swallow, and then have 8 oz. of fluid. This has made a big difference in weight, but it doesn't always. If you eat 3 cheeseburgers, a medium fries, and a milk-shake, this product will have an effect, but not as big as if you would have had a serving of mac and cheese and a salad. Exercise is vital, no matter trying to lose weight or not, so start stepping, or when your on the phone do sit-up. An easy thing (especially if you are in school or work all day sitting) is to squeeze your butt. These are just some easy ideas for losing weight, that REALLY work.
