It's finally working

Jul 25 '00

I have been overweight by about 100 pounds for about 10 years. I was never really and thin person, but I looked good until...I had a child. Boy, did I gain the weight. I have tried a lot of weight loss programs ( cabbage soup, new weight of life, slimfast, starvation....) and not of them worked. I always cheated or quit. I recently joined weight watchers and have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. The problem I have is that I love food. With weight watchers, I can eat anything as long as I stay within my point range which is really easy to do. Portion control is very important and I did not realize how much I was eating until I started to measure my food. Also, I doubled my weight loss the week I went to water aerobics three times, which is a fun exercise.
