What is a healthy diet anyway?

Most people wonder what a healthy diet is and what will harm them in the long run. Their are people who may go for weight watchers, it works but you have to keep paying to stay fit. There some people where become anorexia just to stay skinny, but they harm their bodies if they don't get help, which is more known in young girls, no wonder some young girls look at Models and think to be beautiful you have to be skinny. But who said you have to be skinny to be beautiful. What about the inside, it is the inside, which makes a person likable because it is who they are.
In my opinion, the best way is exercise, as well just going by the Canadian Food guide or American food guide. You are getting your starch, protein, Fruit and vegetables and sugar in take which is where you get energy, so remember you need some intake of Sugar whether it is from natural sugars. Even people with any health condition can go by this diet.
In my opinion if it works for diabetics then it should work for anybody as long as you say you can do it, If you put your self down, you may not lose weight as easily depending on the person, what I mean there may be people who feel down want to eat whatever they want. Which is normal, There is no such thing as a perfect diet, you have to work at it! Another good example is there is not such a thing as a perfect diabetic, which I had learned at the diabetic education centre, for my son is four years old and a brittle diabetic. Meaning he has lows and highs all the time, but it does help him with the food guide as well as my brother.
So the next time you want to diet think first who is it for! Also whether or not you want to keep paying money to stay slim or do it on your own for nothing. For people with medical conditions it is best to talk to a nutritionist and your doctor, this editorial is just my opinion. You are the one who makes the decision, because no matter who you are, you are your own person!
