APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

I have been taking apple cider vinegar for over a year now. My mom told me about it. I rate it A+ in losing weight. I take a table spoon of it before each meal. It tastes aweful, but the results are fantastic. If you prefer, you can add it to an eight ounce glass of water; but then you are prolonging the bad taste. The weight will just fall of you. I recommend working out a few times a week to see the fantastic results that I've seen. I have totally managed to maintain my weight with this. I am not perfect. I get into my moods where I don't feel like working out. But I feel good in knowing that I won't gain any weight while I am taking the apple cider vinegar.
