Diet Breakthrough!!!...NOT

All the new diet programs claim to have made weight loss breakthrough as if they've discovered the secret to dropping the pounds, but in my opinion and personal experience these are not the key to the cupboard. The real secret to losing weight has been in the books for ages is exercise, eating healthy, cutting calories, and getting correct vitamin intake is all that is needed to be present for you to lose weight. This is no new recipe, or magic pill...I won't lie, it does take time and work, but it is definitely worth it if it means life or death. The key to being healthy is not being a super model, but doing what is right. So don't give in to the easy way, you will just gain it back when you get tired of eating tree bark or having nothing but liquids in your diet. All you have to do is listen to the doctors, don't be afraid to be old fashioned.
