With a lot of money in USA people don't have to say no to themselves in buying and eating food.
The best way to stay healthy is not to go on some diet that you see on TV. The best way to stay healthy is not to pig out and work out regularly.
If you love food it doesn't mean that you have to eat a cow everytime you sit down to eat. You have to know how much is enough to eat and how much is too much to eat. Ofcourse if every time you sit down and eat until your pants don't feet you, you will be hungry if you don't eat like that everytime, because your stomach stretches out and you need to feel up that space. If you eat normally for at least one or two weeks then you won't be able to eat a lot and you don't need to eat until your pants don't feet you.
Don't go on those diets that you see on TV. You only will loose weight while you are on the diet. These diets don't work for regular people and cost you a lot of money. These diets only work if you are like 100 pounds over weight, even then once you loose some 100 pounds it would be better if you work out and not stay on that diet.
For your body to loose fat and keep it off you need to gain some muscle. When you gain muscle you burn fat while gaining it and your body burns more calories when it got more muscle.
The best way to loose weight is to eat normal portions and work out regularly.
Do not go to buffays, it is just an excuse to feel your stomach up.
As I heard it in some movie, "Don't live to eat, eat to live." Or something like that.
