It's hard to commit to an exercise program or diet, much less make it a life style change. Really the only way to make it work is to make it a healthy life style change that you are committed to. You must find a combination of diet and exercise that is right for you and that you could see yourself doing for the rest of your life, not just for 2 months while you try to lose weight. Remember a big majority of people who lose weight gain it back. This is because they did not mentally make it a life style change, they mentally were going for the quick fix, the temporary. If you are to maintain a weightloss success, you must commit to a healthy life stlye for life.
